At Fatboy Bikes and eBikes, we want you to ride with total confidence; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in original condition and include all factory packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your Fatboy bike or accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all components, manuals, and tools are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our technicians inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
